Executive Operations Assistant (Contractor)
Remote | Flexible Hours | Independent Contractor
We're looking for a highly organized, resourceful Executive Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of Nessa Samantha.
This role touches several areas of the business, including e-commerce operations, administration, content coordination, systems, and process improvement. You'll help keep projects moving, maintain organized systems, and turn ideas into well-executed work.
Responsibilities
- Upload and manage products within Shopify
- Follow, maintain, and improve documented SOPs
- Organize business files, documents, and workflows
- Assist with administrative tasks and project coordination
- Create promotional graphics and product imagery using PhotoRoom & Canva
- Assist with content scheduling and marketing coordination
- Research tools, vendors, trends, and opportunities
- Help maintain operational systems and automations
- Identify ways to improve efficiency and simplify workflows
- Support ongoing business initiatives as the company grows
